The planetary ball mill is designed for crushing, grinding, and dispersing metal, non-metal, organic, Chinese herbal medicine and other powders. It is particularly suitable for laboratory research. Its working principle is to use the abrasive and the sample to roll at high speed in the grinding tank, which produces strong shearing, impact, and rolling on the materials to achieve the purpose of crushing, grinding, dispersing, and emulsifying the materials. The planetary ball mill is equipped with four ball mills on the same turntable. When the turntable rotates, the ball mills revolve around the turntable axis and rotate around their own axis at the same time, making planetary motion. The grinding balls in the tank collide with each other in high-speed motion to grind and mix the samples. This product can grind and mix products of different particle sizes and materials using dry and wet methods. The minimum particle size of the ground product can be as small as 0.1 micron. It can well meet various process parameter requirements.
